1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Cricketindialy Media Private Limited (company number U74999DL2024PTC118342), 3rd Floor, 42 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, India ("we", "us"). They apply to the website at cricketindialy.click and all pages within it (the "Site"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is for
The Site publishes educational articles about cricket rules, statistics and terminology. It is an independent publication and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Board of Control for Cricket in India, the Indian Premier League, the International Cricket Council or any team or player. Player names and competition names are used only to describe and explain the game.
3. Your obligations
When using the Site you agree that you will:
- use it only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes;
- not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
- not scrape, crawl or copy content in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading content through the contact form; and
- not impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship with anyone when contacting us.
4. Accuracy of content
We take care to keep our guides accurate and to note the date each one was last updated. Cricket's playing conditions change regularly, and figures such as career strike rates move with every match. The content is provided for general information only and should not be relied on for betting, fantasy-league decisions or any other purpose where accuracy is critical. Always check the current official playing conditions where it matters.
5. Intellectual property
All text, illustrations, code and design on the Site are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read, print and share links to our articles for personal use. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the original page. You may not reproduce whole articles, republish them on another site, or use them to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
6. Third-party links

7. Limitation of liability

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or expenses that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Termination
We may suspend or block your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or if doing so is necessary to protect the Site or other users. Sections 5, 7, 8, 10 and 11 survive any termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to section 11, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you access the Site from outside India you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
11. Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]; most issues can be resolved informally within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration will be New Delhi and proceedings will be conducted in English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
